Following an Alkaline Diet? Don't miss the most important part.

Don't Waste  All Your Efforts

Following an alkaline diet has received a lot of attention in recent years with the publication of books like The Paleo Diet and The pH Miracle.  These meal plans encourage eating lots of green vegetables and fresh fruits, preferably raw, along with lean, "grass fed" organic meats.  This type of eating will go a long way to help alkalinize your body and achieve weight loss and relief of pain.  Alkaline antioxidant water can make this type of meal plan more successful in a couple of ways.

First of all, if you are following an alkaline diet, but using carbonated drinks, regular bottled water, or sports drinks for your liquid intake, the acidity of these beverages will cause you to lose much of the antioxidant benefit of the meal.  By drinking alkaline water, on the other hand, you can greatly b enhance the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory effect of this diet because of the enormous anti-oxidant property of this water.

This enormous anti-oxidant property can also help you when you are not able to strictly follow your alkaline meal plan.  Let's face it, it isn't always easy to have fresh green groceries on hand or to prepare them when you are pressed for time.  If you need to use prepared foods or even restaurant foods, drinking alkaline water with these foods can eliminate and reverse any acidifying tendencies that these non-green foods can bring.

So if you're trying to live an alkaline lifestyle, don't skip the alkaline water--it's the most important part.
