Start Every Day Feeling Better

Repair, Flush, Restart

A good night's sleep lets your body rest and repair itself.  When you get up, a good way to get rid of the "cobwebs" of sleepiness is with a drink of alkaline water.  I'd recommend at least a 16-20 ounce bottle. Or two!  This will help rehydrate you, flush toxins from your system, and give you a jump on the day!  Follow this with a cup of fresh green tea with a twist of lemon.  Enjoy!
